    Our meals are made from fresh, local produce, from small producers.

      Examples of our specialties:

    -  Homemade bread

    _ Chicken with Fourme d'Ambert (Cheese sauce)

    -- Coufidou (veal with beer and prunes)



        At breakfast ( 9 € ), the tables are topped with homemade jams, local honey, bread campaign, gingerbread house, freshly squeezed orange juice.

    The warm dining room, with its wooden pillars outlined his stable Auvergne.

    In winter, regional dishes are served in front of the fireplace.

    In the summer, the terrace lined with flower  becomes dining room.
