    The warm dining room, with its wooden pillars outlined his stable Auvergne.
    In winter, regional dishes are served in front of the fireplace.
    In the summer, the terrace lined with flower  becomes dining room.

    Our specialities
    Our meals are homemade from fresh, local produce, from small producers.

    Examples of our specialties:
    - Homemade bread
    - Toast goat with honey
    - Pounti
    - Chicken with Fourme d'Ambert (Cheese sauce)
    - Truffade (potatoes, Tome fraiche de cantal)
    - Coufidou (pork with beer and prunes)

     At breakfast ( 12 € ), the tables are topped with homemade jams, local honey, bread campaign, gingerbread house, freshly squeezed orange juice.
